Unforgiveness has a way of settling into the heart quietly.
Over time, it can shape how we love, how we trust, how we show up, and how we move through the world. It can keep us stuck in patterns we did not choose and protect wounds we were never meant to carry forever.
Forgiven Is Freedom is an invitation to lay those burdens down and make room for peace, healing, and joy.
This is a safe and supportive environment where you can be real, be seen, and be gently restored.

During our time together, we will walk through the heart of forgiveness with care and intention.
Together, we will explore:
🔸 The hidden cost of unforgiveness
🔸 Learning to forgive yourself and release shame
🔸 Grieving losses that still ache
🔸 Healing from betrayal, rejection, and abandonment
🔸 Breaking emotional strongholds
🔸 Discovering the connection between forgiveness and freedom
🔸 Reclaiming peace, purpose, and joy
🔸 Moving forward without carrying the past
Freedom is not found in holding on.
Freedom is found in release.

LMFT
Elder Stefanie Hughes is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, ordained elder, speaker, and founder of M3, Mocha Mental Manifestation.
For over two decades, she has walked alongside individuals navigating grief, trauma, relationship pain, and the long road toward healing through a thoughtful blend of clinical insight and faith-centered wisdom.
Stefanie created the Zimbabwe Forgiveness Process Retreat after witnessing how unresolved hurt, bitterness, and self-condemnation often become barriers to emotional freedom, healthy relationships, and purpose.
She also created a workbook to accompany the retreat and support each participant's personal forgiveness journey.
